You can get up and running with Spacio in just a few steps!

  • Step 1: Sign into Spacio. For most Brokerage customers, your information will be added to our system already. You should have received an email to claim your account, but if not, you can claim your account here. You will then be able to log into the Dashboard.

  • Step 2: All your listings should populate in the Dashboard automatically. If you are running an open house for another listing, feel free to add it by following the steps here.

  • Step 3: You will now want to edit your sign in form before launching it for your open house. Don't forget to check out auto email options!

  • Step 4: If you want to promote your open house, you can Boost it from within Spacio.

  • Step 5: To launch your open house form, you can click on "Start Event" and even print out a QR code for it.

  • Step 6: Once your open house is complete, you can view lead information and even send broadcast emails.
